今日は　３カ所の渡船に行きました。
We went to three ferry ports


千本松渡船　西成区南津守.　　　　　　　　　　木津川
Senbonmatsu ferry port Minami Tsumori, Nishinari-ku 　　　　　　 Rizu river


対岸　大正区南恩加島　　　　To Minami-Okajima, Taisho-ku







落合下渡船　　大正区平尾　〜　　西成区津守
Ochiai-shimo ferry port Hirao, Taisho-ku ~ Tsumori Nishinari-ku







天保山渡船　　　港区築港　　　　　　ここに豪華客船が停泊中　後ろに観覧車。
Tenpouzan Ferry port Chikkou, Minato-ku A luxury cruise ship is at anchor. We can see Ferris wheel behind it


対岸の　此花区桜島　　この後ろにユニバーサルスタジオジャパンがあります。
To Sakurajima, Konohana-ku. There's Universal Studios Japan (USJ) back of it.






これで大阪市の渡船場　を　すべて　行きました♪

夫が計画して　私はいつもついて行くだけなので　帰ってから写真を見ながらチェックが大変（汗）
ウォーキングのために　なにか目標があるほうが　歩いていても楽しいだろうということで。

少しは鍛えられたかなぁ。

We went to all of ferry ports.

My husband always planned and I always followed him so when we got home,
I confirmed the places while checking the pictures.

It helps to have a clear goal you can work toward to, doesn't it.

It would be a good practice for our legs.

＊＊豚肉とキャベツのオイスター炒め　　　Fried pork and cabbage with oyster sauce


（２人分）
１．豚スライス１００ｇに酒小２としょうゆ小２を揉み込み　片栗粉少々をつけて
　　油を引いたフライパンでカリッと焼き　取り出します。

２．キャベツ１/４玉は　食べやすい大きさに切ります。

３．フライパンに油を引き　ニンニクのみじん切りを炒め　香りが立ったら　キャベツを加えて
　　炒めます。キャベツが炒まったら　豚肉を加え　みりん小２とオイスターソース大１を
　　加えて　サッと炒め合わせます。





＊＊ししとう炒め　　　Fried sweet green pepper


１．シシトウは　切り目を入れ　油を引いたフライパンで　焦げ目がつくぐらい焼き
　　めんつゆを振りかけ　サッといため、器に盛り　鰹節をのせます。





＊＊えのきのスープ　　Enoki mushroom soup


１．鍋に水、えのき、スープの素を入れ　煮ます。　塩、胡椒で味を調え
　　溶き卵を入れます。
　　小口切りのネギを散らします。





＊＊焼き鳥　　Yakitori














** Fried pork and cabbage with oyster sauce (for 2 people)

1. Mix 100g pork slices, 2tsp rice wine and 2tsp soy sauce well then sprinkle starch and mix well.
Oil a frying pan and bake pork well.

2. Cut 1/4 heads of cabbages into bite size pieces.

3. Oil a frying pan and stir fry chopped garlic until there's anaroma.
Add cabbages and fry them.
Then add pork, 2tsp mirin and 1tbsp oyster sauce and toss them together.


** Fried sweet green pepper

1. Make a cut in sweet green pepper. Oil a frying pan and bake green peppers until lightly browned.
Season with a little seasoning soy sauce.
Put in/on individual dishes and put dried bonito shavings on top.


** Enoki mushroom soup

1. Put water, enoki mushrooms and soup powder in a pot. Bring it to boil.
Season with salt and pepper.
Pour beaten egg evenly.
Put chopped green leeks.
