鶴見緑地の　ローズツアーに　　ウォーキングをかねて　夫と　参加してきました。

秋のバラは　春の一斉に咲くバラと比べて　華やかさに欠けますが　
ぽつぽつと　長く楽しませてくれるそうです。


My husband and I visited a rose garden in Tsurumi-Ryokuchi Park.
I heard that roses in Spring bloom all together but in autumn they bloom here and there
for the long time.

Tsurumi-Shinzan(mountaine) It is a mountain made of incinerator ash in 1990 when
the International Garden and Greenery Exposition, Osaka Japan.

鶴見緑地の西の出口（入り口）　　　これをまっすぐ西に向かって　餡屋さんに行きました♪
The West Exit of the Park.　 We went straight this road to the west till the factory of sweet bean jam

古いドラマをみていたら　ナポリタンを作って　食べてました♪
鉄のお皿にいれて。。。

こういうの見ると　同じようにして　食べたくなる。。。





＊＊昔なつかしいスパゲッティ・ナポリタン　　Good old days ketchup-based spaghetti


１．ウインナーソーセージ、シシトウ（ピーマンがなかったので）、玉ねぎ、人参を
　　炒め　茹でたスパゲッティとゆで汁少々を入れ　ケチャップで味付けます。
　　パルメザンチーズを振ります。






＊＊白菜と厚揚の煮物　　Boiled Chinese cabbage and thick deep fried tofu


１．白菜と厚揚を　だし汁で煮てから　みりんを加えて　煮ます。
　　さらにめんつゆを加えて　煮ます。





＊＊えのきとキャベツの味噌汁　　Miso soup with enoki mushrooms and cabbages


１．えのきとキャベツをだし汁で煮て　味噌をときます。
　　小口切りのネギを散らします。













Watching an old drama, I wanted to eat the same one.
Ketchup-based spaghetti on an iron plate...


** Good old days ketchup-based spaghetti

1. Fry wienerwurst, green peppers, onions and carrots and add boiled spaghetti and
the cooking liquid. Season with ketchup.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese.


** Boiled Chinese cabbage and thick deep fried tofu

1. Cook Chinese cabbages and thick deep fried tofu in a soup and then add mirin. Simmer
Then add seasoning soy sauce and simmer.


** Miso soup with enoki mushrooms and cabbages

1. Cook enoki mushrooms and cabbages in a soup. Season with miso.
Sprinkle chopped green leeks.
