＊＊いわしのトマト煮　　　Stewed sardine with tomato


（２，３人分）
１．いわし９匹　は頭と内蔵をとり　塩胡椒をします。

２．フライパンに油を引き　にんにく１かけのスライスを炒め　香りが立ったら
　　いわしと白ワイン大２を振り入れ　いわしを両面やきます。

３．２．にトマト缶１缶、ざくぎり玉ねぎ、ラム酒漬けレーズンを入れ　ふたをして　蒸し煮します。

４．３．を塩、胡椒で味をととのえ　器に盛り　ラム酒漬けレーズンを散らし　千切りの大葉を
　　のせます。






＊＊キャベツとブロッコリーのサラダ　　　Cabbage and broccoli salad


１．キャベツは千切りにし　ブロッコリーは熱湯で茹で　茎は千切りにし　器に盛り
　　昨日のユーリンチーのたれをかけます。






＊＊おからサラダ　　　Tofu refuse salad


１．乾燥おから大さじ山盛り４を　熱湯に入れ　沸騰したら　取り出し　湯切りします。
　　冷まします。

２．人参、キュウリ、玉ねぎは薄くスライスし塩もみしてから　水で洗い　絞ります。

３．１．のおからに　塩少々と甘酢少々で　下味をつけてから　２．とマヨネーズを
　　加えて　全体を混ぜます。

** Stewed sardine with tomato (for 2 to 3 people)

1. Remove heads and guts from 9 sardines and sprinkle salt and pepper.

2. Oil a frying pan and stir fry 1 clove of sliced garlic until there's an aroma.
Then add fish and 2tbsp white wine. Bake fish on both sides.

3. Add 1 canned tomato, chopped onion and soaked rasins in rum.
Put a lid on and simmer.

4. Season 3. with salt and pepper. Put on individual dishes and sprinkle some rasins with rum
and thin stripped green perilla.


** Cabbage and broccoli salad

1. Cut cabbage into thin strips.
Boil broccoli in hot water. Cut stems in thin strips.
Put them on individual dishes and pour yurinchi sauce yesterday over them.


** Tofu refuse salad

1. Boil 4 heaping tbsps of tofu refuse in hot water and bring it to boil then drain. Let it cool down.

2. Cut carrot, cucumber and onion into thin slices and then salt them when they become tender
wash with water and squeeze.

3. Season 1. with a little salt and sweetened vinegar
Then add 2. and mayonnaise. Mix them together.
