**高野豆腐の含め煮 Freeze-dried tofu simmered in seasoned broth
1.高野豆腐の箱のレシピで煮ました。
茹でたオクラを 高野豆腐の横で軽く 煮ます。
**ゴーヤとハムの和え物 Bitter melon and ham salad
1.ゴーヤ1本は半分に切って薄切りにし 同じぐらいの大きさに切ったハムと
油を引いたフライパンで炒め 塩少々、マヨネーズ大2,醤油大1を加えてさらに炒め、
鰹節で和えます。
**わかめ、しらす、水菜、スダチのサラダ Wakame, whitebait, potherb mustard and sudachi salad
1.もどしたわかめ、しらす、水菜、薄切りしたすだちをポン酢少々で和えます。
**ミョウガの甘酢漬け Pickled Japanese ginger
1.ミョウガは半分に切り 熱湯でさっと茹で 甘酢に漬けます。
**きゅうりのゆかり和え Cucumber dressed with red perilla
1.スライスして塩もみし、水で洗って 絞ったキュウリをゆかりで和えます。
** Freeze-dried tofu simmered in seasoned broth
1. Simmered in seasoned broth following the recipe of the package.
Boil boiled-okra in the broth briefly.
** Bitter melon and ham salad
1. Cut a bitter melon in half lengthwise then cut into thin slices.
Cut some ham about the same size as the bitter melons.
Oil a frying pan and fry bitter melons and ham. Season with a little salt, 2tbsp mayonnaise
and 1tbsp soy sauce.
Then mix with dried bonito shavings.
** Wakame, whitebait, potherb mustard and sudachi salad
1. Mix wakeme, whitebait, potherb mustard, thin sliced sudachi and ponzu.
** Cucumber dressed with red perilla
1. Cut a cucumber into half and then cut into thin slices. Salt it and when it becomes tender
wash with water then squeeze.
Then mix with dried red perilla.
** Pickled Japanese ginger
1. Cut Japanese ginger into half then boil in hot water briefly.
Then soak in sweetened vinegar.
