昨日は　眼科に行きました。

副作用がでたの　と　効果が出なかったので　目薬を変更しました。

１か月間　様子見です。

今度こそ　眼圧がさがりますように。



I went to the eye doctor yesterday.

The eye lotion has't worked and had side effect.

Eye lotion has been changed.

I hop it will go well..

＊＊サバフライ　　　Fried mackerel

１．さばを大名おろしにして　骨をすきとり、中骨を抜き、塩を振って、
　　水気をふき取り、小麦粉、卵、パン粉をつけ　揚げます。



＊＊ピーマンのゴマかつお和え　　　Green pepper dressed with sesame and dried bonito shavings

１．ピーマン２個を８ｍｍ幅に切り　ごま油で炒め、麺つゆ大１で絡めてから　火を止め
　　かつお節とすりごまで和えます。




＊＊ソーメン　　Somen(Japanese very thin noodle made of wheat flour)





** Fried mackerel

1. Salt on mackerel fillets. Wipe off moisture.
Cover with flour, egg and breadcrumbs then deep fry


** Green pepper dressed with sesame and dried bonito shavings.

1. Cut 2 green peppers into 8mm width slices. Sesame oil in a frying pan and stir fry them.
Season with ponzu. Turn off the heat and mix with dried bonito shavings and grated sesame.


** Somen(Japanese very thin noodle made of wheat flour)
