頭の準備運動
運動する前には準備運動するのに、なんで勉強する前には準備運動しないのか？
運動する前には、体の筋をのばしたり、血行をよくしたり、
明確な効果をイメージできます。
しかし、勉強する前はどうでしょうか
机の前に座ってもスマホをいじったり、漫画が気になったり、
ちょっと勉強を始めると、机の横にある鉛筆の芯が気になったり、
なにかいい方法は？と思っているときに
簡単な計算をしているときがもっとも頭が活発になる、との記事をみました。
頭にヘッドセットとつけて、いろいろな時の脳の血流を観察していました。
そこでは難しい問題を解いているときにも一部活発になっている箇所はありましたが、
意外にも、簡単な計算をしているときは頭全体の血流が活発になっていました。
その子に合った問題をさせるとは、もっともなこととは思ってしまいますが、
なにがその子に合っているか、を見つけることが難しいことと思います。
その子がちょっと頑張ればできそうな問題がその子に合っていると考えるか？
その子にとっては簡単で、やや物足りないくらいの問題の方が合っているのか？
その問題も、その子が疲れているのか、体調がいいのか、勉強をし始めか、など、
その時の状況でも変わってしまうでしょう。
人間の性格も脳の特性も、いろいろとわからないことだらけ、という前提で、
頭の準備運動を含めて、いろいろと試してみないと、と思います。

I know this if off topic but I'm looking into starting my own blog and was wondering what all is required to get setup? I'm assuming having a blog like yours would cost a pretty penny?
