＊＊かつおのガーリック風味揚げ Garlic flavored fried bonito
（２，3人分）
１．刺身用かつお２８０ｇを食べやすい大きさにスライスし すりおろしニンニク１片と
しょうゆ大３，みりん大３に漬け １０分ほどおきます。
２．オクラ６本は茎を丸剥きして 塩もみして 洗い 水分を拭き取り 素揚げします。
塩を振ります。
３．１．の水分を拭き取り 片栗粉をまぶして 揚げます。
４．２．と３．を盛り レモンを添えます。
＊＊エリンギとネギのオイスターソース炒め Fried king oyster mushroom and leek with oyster sauce
（2人分）
１．エリンギ１パックは縦半分に切り 斜め切りします。
しろねぎ１/２本も斜め切りします。
２．ごま油で１．を炒め 塩少々、みりん大１，酒大１，オイスターソース大１，こしょうを
加えて 炒めます。
＊＊たたき酢ゴボウ Vinegared burdock
１．ゴボウは 洗って 麺棒でたたいて繊維をつぶし 食べやすい長さに切ってから
手で裂きます。
２．１．を酢を入れた水で 茹で 水切りして 甘酢に漬けます。
すりごまを加えて 和えます。

以前作ったのを妹にあげたら すごく気に入ってくれて 自分で作ったようです。
おいしいです。
＊＊黒豆煮 Sweet black soybeans
** Garlic flavored fried bonito (for 2 to 3 people)
1. Cut 280g bonito for sashimi into bite size pieces,
Mix 1 clove of grated garlic, 3tbsp soy sauce and 3tbsp mirin and soak fish for 10 mins.
2. Remove stems of 6 okra and then rub with salt. Wash with water and wipe off moisture.
Deep fry without breading or batter. Sprinkle salt.
3. Pat 1.'s surface dry and cover with stgarch. Deep fry.
4. Put 2. and 3. on individual dishes and serve with sliced lemon.
** Fried king oyster mushroom and leek with oyster sauce (for 2 people)
1. Cut 1 pack of king oyster mushroom into half lengthwise then cut diagonally slices.
Cut 1/2 leeks diagonally too.
2. Sesame oil in a frying pan and fry 1. then add a lttle salt, 1tbsp mirin, 1tbsp rice wine,
1tbsp oyster sauce and pepper. Fry them together.
** Vinegared burdock
1. Wash burdock and tap(smash) with a rolling pin. Cut into bite size length
Then tear them.
2. Boil water with a little vinegar and cook 1. Drain and soak in sweetened vinegar.
with grated sesame.
** Pickled cucumber made by my sister.
I gave my sister some of the pickled cucumber before and she liked it very much.
She made the pickled cucumber and I got it.
It is good.
