法隆寺駅から　法隆寺参道まで　歩くと２０分ぐらいかかるようなので　バスに乗りました。

エノキにいるそうです。本当に綺麗。　It is found in(?) on(?) a nettle tree. Really beautiful!

写真を撮ることが出来ないのでまたポスターを買いました。
いつかこの絵を描いてみたいと思いながら。
２０歳代に来たときも　ポスターを買って　飾っていました。進歩なしかっ。。。

やや乗り鉄ぎみの夫が　こういう特別列車に乗りたがる　ので　うめきた新駅を観光して、
特別列車「まほろば」で　大阪　うめきた新駅から　奈良　法隆寺まで　行きました。

快適でした♪

My husband is a kind of railfans who likes to ride special trains
We took the limited express train "Mahoroba" from Umekita Osaka to Horyuji in Nara prf..
It was very pleasant♪

うめきたの駅は　グランフロントから見たら　噴水がある広場の地下にあります。
The Umekita station locates under the fountain plaza.

バナナケーキ

百均の紙のバウンド型で２個焼いたら太っちょになりました。　　写真用に、サイドを切って長方形に。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
１台は太っちょのまま　妹にプレゼント♪


（１８ｃｍバウンド型　１台）

１．薄力粉１００ｇ、アーモンドプードル４０ｇ、BP５ｇは振るっておきます。
２．室温のバター（あるいはマーガリン）６０ｇと砂糖６０ｇを白っぽくなるまで混ぜます。
３．常温の玉子２個を溶き　２．に少しずつ混ぜ合わせます。
４．完熟バナナ２，３本（飾りに使うなら　１/２本は　残して　スライスしておきます）、
　　をフォークで　粗くつぶし　３．に加え　混ぜます。
５．振るっておいた粉類を　４．に加え　さっくりと混ぜ合わせます。
６．クッキングシートを敷いた型に　流し入れ　飾り用のバナナを並べ
　　１８０℃のオーブンで４０分焼きます。

翌日以降がしっとりとして　美味しいです。




Banana Cake (18cm loaf tin)

1. Shift 100g plain flour, 40g almond powder and 5g BP.
2. Cream the 60g room temperature butter and 60g sugar with a mixer.
3. Add 2 beaten eggs little by little to 2.
4. Roughly mash two ripened bananas with a fork.(if you want to decorate,
slice the half of a banana).
Add to 3. and mix together.
5. Add 1. to 4. using a rubber spatula in a cutting motion.
6. Line a loaf tin with non-stick paper. Pour 5. in the tin and decorate with sliced bananas.
Bake at 180℃ for 40 mins.

This cake tastes even better on the second day.

少し寒いので　窓を　閉めました。　閉めて丁度です（笑）。

It's a bit cold so I shut the windows. The perfect temperature(lol).

＊＊ウリとカニかまの酢の物　Gourd and imitation crab meat with sweetened vinegar

＊＊ササゲのゴマ和え　　　　Black-eyed peas dressed with sesame

＊＊小松菜の大根おろし和え　Japanese mustard spinach with grated daikon

＊＊ズイキの酢味噌和え　　　Taro stem dressed with miso and vinegar

＊＊カニの炊き込みご飯　　　Rice mixed with imitation crab meat and root vegetables

＊＊豚汁　　　　　　　　　　Pork miso soup




どれも美味しかったです。ごちそうさまでした。
