ニガウリ

ベランダ栽培で　今年4回目の収穫です♪　　今年はこれで終り。
小さい小さいニガウリですが、今までこんなに収穫できたこと無いので　夫は大喜びしています♪


4th crop of bitter melon, at our small garden on our veranda in our apartment.
This is the last crop.

They are very small but
my husband is very happy that he has never had this crop before♪

今回は　紙芝居　です。
「てぶくろをかいに」





I participated in read aloud picture books to kids.
It was for the third grade elementary students.

＊＊レタスのゴマ和え　　　　Lettuce salad with sesame

＊＊里芋の磯辺揚げ　　　　　Fried taro with seaweed

＊＊鮭の白子の煮物　　　　　Boiled salmon milt

＊＊大根葉のとろろ昆布和え　Leaves of daikon dressed with kelp flakes

＊＊なめたけの味噌汁　　　　Miso soup with nametake

＊＊菜めし　　　　　　　　　Rice boiled with greens



どれも美味しかったです。ごちそうさまでした。
