全体に生クリームを塗りました♪



I spread whipping cream on the cake this time♪

夫が子供のころ　お誕生日には　ケーキではなく　鯛の塩焼きを焼いてくれたそうです。

子供の頃を想い出して♪


When my husband was a child, on his birthday, his mother used to grill "Tai-no-sioyaki"
(A sea bream grilled with salt)

Tai (sea bream) is believed to be a fish that brings good luck,
because its name sounds like "Medetai"(happy) and its color is lucky red.

　　　　　　　　　　Stir-fried zucchini, mushroom and ham with garlic

＊＊ホウレンソウのお浸し　　　　　Boiled spinach in broth

＊＊ニラと春雨の卵とじ　　　　　　Chinese chive and bean starch vermicelli with soft scrambled egg

＊＊薩摩揚げと切り干し大根の煮物　Boiled Satuma-age and dried strips of white radish

＊＊きゅうり、レタス、人参のマヨ和え　
　　　　　　　　　Cucumber, lettuce and carrot dressed with mayonnaise



久しぶりの　鯛の塩焼き　シンプルなのも　おいしい。
夫は魚の塩加減が上手です。
どれもおいしかった。ごちそうさまでした。
