"Grissini" ,Salted, long slender crusty breadsticks






強力粉　　１５０ｇ　　　　　　　　　　　　150g bread floour
薄力粉　　１００ｇ　　　　　　　　　　　　100g cake flour
砂糖　　　１４ｇ　　　　　　　　　　　　　14g sugar
塩　　　　６ｇ　　　　　　　　　　　　　　6g salt
オリーブ油　２０ｇ　　　　　　　　　　　　20g olive oil
水　　　　１１０ｃｃ　　　　　　　　　　　110cc water
ドライイースト　２．５ｇ　　　　　　　　　2.5g dry yeast


オーブン１８０℃　で20分焼きました。　　　Bake at 180℃ for 20 mins.

二人で夜霧の中を向こうへ歩いて消え行くところ。

ルイス、これが本当の友情の始まりだな（”腐れ縁”の始まりの訳もあり）。

TVの料理番組を見て　「今度、これ作ってみよう！」と。

美味しかった。
