＊＊菜の花の辛子酢味噌和え Colza blossoms dressed with vinegar, miso and mustard
＊＊きゅうりと人参の甘酢和え Cucumber and carrot with sweetened vinegar
＊＊レタス、わさび菜、春菊のゴマ和え
Lettuce, wasabi greens and edible chrysanthemum dressed with sesame sauce
