白内障　術後3か月検診でした。

こちらは　回復してます♪


緑内障は　今　点している　目薬が　合ってないようで　
眼圧に変化がありませんでした。

明朝から　別の目薬に替えることに　なりました。
1か月　様子を見て　私に合う目薬を　探します。

効いてほしいなぁ。





It was a three-month-cataract-post-operative medical examination

I have recovered from it♪

As for the glaucoma, the treatment(eye drops) haven't affectted.

Ocular pressure hasn't reduced.

It was switched to a diffrent eye drops and wait and see for a month.
We are going to look for medicine which would affect my eyes.

I hope this medicine will do me good.

PC検索して　チゲ鍋を作りました。

だけど。。。
「チゲ」って　どういう意味？

調べたら。。
「チゲ」とは「鍋」のこと。

なので　「チゲ鍋」　は　おかしい。。。ね。





＊＊チゲ　　　　Korean hot pot


（2人分）
１．フライパンに　ごま油を引き、醤油大１、みりん大１/２、すりおろししょうが、
　　すりおろしにんにく、すりごまを炒め、香りが立ったら　豚スライス１５０ｇ
　　を加えて炒め、次に白菜キムチ２００ｇを加えて　炒めます。

２．だし汁４５０ｃｃとぶつ切りの白ねぎ1本分を入れ煮ます。

３．一人用土鍋　2個に　２．を入れ　豆腐とニラを入れて　一煮立ちしたら出来上がり。






＊＊野菜スティック　　　Vegetable sticks

アンチョビーペースト（市販品）をつけながらいただきます。





＊＊ギョウザ　　　Gyoza

市販の冷凍ギョウザです。











** Korean hot pot (for 2 people)

1. Sesame oil in a frying pan and stir fry 1tbsp soy sauce, 1/2tbsp sweet rice wine and
grated ginger, garlic and sesame until there's an aroma.
Then add 150g sliced pork. Fry them.
Then add 200g fermented Chinese cabbage. Fry them.

2. Add 450cc soup and 1 chopped leeks. Boil them.

3. Put 2. in individual earthen pots with tofu and Chinese chive. Bring it to boil.



** Vegetable sticks

With anchovy paste.
