シャルロットロワイヤル　

１．薄く焼いたジェノワーズ（スポンジ生地）にイチゴジャムを塗り　巻いて　
　　薄く切り（１ｃｍ厚さぐらい）、　ラップを敷いた型に　貼り付けます。
２．イチゴのババロアを作り　１．に流し入れ　冷蔵庫で冷し固めます。



Charlotte a la Royale

1. Spread strawberry jam on genoise( sponge base) and roll up.
Cut into 1cm thickness. and stick on to a mold.
2. Make Bavarian strawberry cream.
Pour into 1. and chill in refrigerator until ready to eat.

昨日の暴風雨から一転、今日は青空ですが、蒸し暑いです。

The weather is suddenly so nice today, a complete change from the stormy weather
we had yesterday.

＊＊ウリの甘酢和え　　　　Pickled gourd with sweetened vinegar

＊＊三度豆の胡麻よごし　　Common beans dressed with sesame

＊＊色々野菜のサラダ　　　Salad with various vegetables
