おそばのように細く長く生きられますようにという願いを込めて、
年越しそばをいただきました。


We eat "Toshikoshi on New Year's Eve to wish for a long lasting life.
(Long soba noodles symbolize a long life)

雪下出麦（ゆきわたりてむぎのびる）

雪の下で麦が芽を出す。

Mid-Winter

Wheat sprouts under snow.

寒い日の鍋はありがたいです♪　温まる〜〜〜♪

There's nothing like hot pot in cold weather. It makes me warm up.

＊＊水菜、わさび菜、春菊のゴマ和え
　　　　　Potherb mustard, wasabi greens and edible chrysanthemum with sesame

＊＊赤大根の酢の物　　Red daikon with sweetened vinegar

＊＊万願寺唐辛子のガーリック炒め
　　　　　Stir-fried Manganji-temple green peppers with garlic

＊＊レタスのマヨ和え　Lettuce dressed with mayonnaise


どれも美味しかったです。ごちそうさまでした。
