妹は　お稽古に行く途中　道の駅に寄って　野菜を一杯買って　持ってきてくれました。
それと　妹のお友達が　野菜を一杯送ってきてくれたらしく　それも半分くれました。


My sister bought us a lot of vegetables
The other day she got some vegetables from her friends
and she brought us half of them.

Bears start hibernating in their dens.

＊＊万願寺唐辛子とウインナーのガーリック炒め
　　　　Stir-fried Manganji-temple green pepper and wienerwurst with garlic

＊＊春菊、水菜、チキン、柿のサラダ
　　　　Edible chrysanthemum, potherb mustard, chicken and persimmon salad


どれも美味しかったです。ごちそうさまでした。
