妹が育てたゆずの　ゆず茶　が出来上がりました♪



ゆずはスライスし、同量の氷砂糖を加え　１週間ぐらい放置。砂糖がとけたらできあがり。

大さじ一杯ぐらいをグラスに入れ　熱湯を注いで。

美味しいです♪





I made citron tea .
The yuzu my sister raised.

Mix sliced yuzu and the same amount of crystal sugar in a jar and
let it rest for about 1 week until the sugar has dissolved.

Put 1 tbsp in a cut and pour hot water.
It is good ♪

　　　　Stir-fried green pepper and pork with garlic

＊＊色々野菜のサラダ　Various vegetables salad

＊＊きゅうり、人参、大根の酢の物
　　　　Cucumber, carrot and daikon with sweetened vinegar

＊＊水前寺菜と長いものお浸し
　　　　Gynura bicolor and Chinese yam with soy sauce



どれも美味しかったです。ごちそうさまでした。
