橘の葉が黄葉しはじめる。





Tachibana-Hajimete-Kibamu

Around December 2 to December 6.

Early Winter

Tachibana citrus tree leaves start to turn yellow.

＊＊ブリのカマの塩焼き　Salt-grilled collar of yellowtail

＊＊青梗菜とウインナーの焼き肉のたれ炒め
　　　　Stir-fried bok choy and wienerwurst with Korean barbeque sauce

＊＊色々野菜のサラダ　　Various vegetables salad

＊＊漬け物３種盛り　　　3 kinds of pickles

＊＊長芋とホウレンソウのお浸し
　　　　Chinese yam and spinach with soy sauce

＊＊大根、薄揚げ、かぶらの葉の煮物
　　　　Simmered daikon, thin deep-fried tofu and leaves of turnips

＊＊十六穀米ご飯にしらす、ポン酢で。
　　　　Rice with 16 different kinds of cereal with whitebite, with ponzu
