大阪・熊野街道歴史ウォーク（難波京界隈で熊野への道を探る）に参加してきました。

My husband and I participated in walking around "the road to Kumano Kodo pilgrimage routes in Osaka")


天満の　「川の駅」八軒屋浜（はちけんやはま）から 。　We left "Kawa-no-Eki" Hachikenya-hama.

In the 5th centry, Storehouses site (the stool like ones were the places where the poles of the storehouses used to be)

玉造稲荷神社分社　ここで「浪花講」（旅館組合）が江戸時代に設立された　
Tamatsukuri-Inari-Shrine　Hotel association was founded here in the Edo Priod

約７ｋｍのウォーキングでした。
顔の傷はまだ治ってないので　マスクをしてました。
学びながら　楽しくウォーキングできました。


We walked 7 km.
The wound is not yet healed.
So I was wearing a mask.

We enjoyed studying and walking at the same time.

彩り鮮やかで　食卓の上は　　紅葉　してます♪

＊＊ソーセージと野菜の炒めもの　　Fried wienerwurst and vegetables

　　ソーセージ、キャベツ、人参、たまねぎ、ピーマン

　　Wienerwurst, cabbages, carrots, onions and green peppers



＊＊サラダ　　　　　Salad

　　大根、人参、きゅうりを　夫の手作りドレッシング（米酢、甘酢、オリーブ油など）で。

　　White radishes, carrots and cucumbers with home made dressing(he made it with rice bran oil
　　sweetened vinegar olive oil and so on..).



＊＊さつまいもとかぼちゃのごはん　　Japanese mixed rice with sweet potato and Japanese pumpkin

＊＊白菜と豚肉のミルフィーユ鍋　　　Chinese cabbage and pork hot pot

　　白菜、豚スライス、白ネギ、人参、ブロッコリー

　　Chinese cabbages, pork slices, leeks carrots and broccolis



＊＊スキレットで野菜焼き　　　　Baked vegetables in a skillet

　　サツマイモ、じゃがいも、ピーマン、人参、たまねぎ　を　バターとニンニクで。

　　Butter and garlic in a skillet and bake sweet potatoes potatoes, green peppers, carrots and onions.




＊＊〆のお雑炊　　　Zosui to call it a night (to finish off the meal, we put rice in the soup and boil
then pour a beaten egg evenly. then sprinkle chopped green leeks)



どれも美味しくって　おなかいっぱい。

Those were very delicious.

＊＊ポテトコロッケ　　Potato korokke, which is like a Japanese croquette


＊＊ほうれん草のツナソースかけ　　　Spinach salad with canned tuna sauce


＊＊牛肉とごぼうの炊き込みご飯 　Japanese mixed rice with burdock rooot and beef.




難易度高い料理だったみたいで、約3時間かけて作ってました。

美味しかったです。



It seems that these dishes are high degree of difficulty

It took three hours to be served.

they are good.

＊＊クリームシチュー　　　Cream stew

鶏肉、ジャガイモ、人参、カリフラワー、たまねぎ、しいたけ　が入ってます。
ルーがクリーム状にならなく　悪戦苦闘したようです。


This stew contains chicken, potato, carrot, cauliflower, onion and shiitake mushroom.
He said he couldn't make white roux well and he had struggled with for making it.




＊＊ほうれん草の白和え　　　Spinach salad dressed with tofu
　　


＊＊スキレットの料理は　失敗したのでたくわんを並べて　品数を３品にしたと。。。（笑）

He tried to make something in a skillet but failed and he put pickled white radishes.to make supper 3 dishes.



努力に感謝です。美味しかったです。

スキレットでカステラパンケーキ　　　中はこんなにふわふわで　美味しいです♪



I baked it the other day...(lol)
Thick pancake in a skillet. Fluffy on the inside and delicious ♪





スキレット　１５−１６ｃｍ　２台

スキレットに油を引いておきます。


１．卵黄4個を白くなるまで泡立て　牛乳６０ｃｃ、砂糖４０ｇ、薄力粉８０ｇ、BP小１
　　（薄力粉とBPはふるいにかけておく）を混ぜます。

２．卵白4個を泡立て　途中砂糖３０ｇを加えて　角が立つまで泡立てます。

３．１．に２．を3回ぐらいに分けてまぜ　スキレットに入れ、
　　１８０℃に温めたオーブンで　２５分から　３０分　焼きます。
　　途中　十字に切り目を入れます。

４．バターをのせ　シロップを添えます。





** Thick pancake (2 (15~16cm) skillets)

1. Spread oil in 2 skillets.

2. Whip 4 egg yorks until it becomes a very light yellow and then add
60cc milk, 40g sugar, 80g cake flour and 1tsp BP.
(Sift flour and BP before mixing)

3. Whip 4 egg whites mixing 30g sugar until they form stiff peaks.

4. Mix 3. with 2. two to three separare times.

5. Pour 4. in 2 skillets and bake at 180℃ for 25 to 30 mins.
After 12 mins, make a cross in each of them.

6 Serve with 5cm sq 3mm thickness butter and sirup.

1週間、作ってくれるということでしたが、引き続き作ってくれるようです。　うれしい〜〜〜♪


My husband said that he was going to cook for a week. It seems he will continue to cook. I am happy ♪

バターとニンニクで　サツマイモ、じゃがいも、長芋を焼いています。
サツマイモが得に美味しかった。



Bake sweet potatoes, potatoes and Chinese yam with garlic and butter in a skillet.
Especially, sweet potatoes were very delicious



＊＊にゅうめん　　　　　　Soomen noodles in soup


＊＊水菜と薄揚げの煮物　　　　 Boiled potherb mustard and thin fried tofu


＊＊長いものゆず胡椒和え　　　　　Chinese yam salad

先日　堺に行ったときに　スキレットに入った　一口とんかつを　卵でとじた　カツ丼みたいなのを　
食べたとき　作ってみたなぁと　夫が言っていました。

やっと　作れて　喜んでいます　♪　



My husband wanted to cook pork cutlet with egg sauce when we had it at Sakai city the other day.

He is very happy that he could make it♪




＊＊スキレットで　一口カツの卵とじ　　　Fried pork cutlet with egg sauce in a skillet
　　一口カツを作って　玉ねぎを入れて　牛丼のたれみたいなので　煮て　卵でとじています。



＊＊　ゴボウの唐揚げ　　　　Fried burdock



＊＊　二十日大根、大根、小松菜の甘酢漬け　Vinegared radish, white radish and Japanese mustard spinach



＊＊　丸ごと玉ねぎの煮物　　　　Microwaved whole onion





今日も　美味しかった♪
