サータンダギー Sata-Andagi

沖縄で、
サータ は 砂糖
アンダギー は 揚げる
という意味だそうです。
“Sata” means sugar, “Andagi” means deep-fried in Okinawan.
It is Okinawa sweets similar to doughnuts.
サータアンダギー (10個〜15個)
1.卵1個に黒糖(または三温糖)80g、サラダ油小1をくわえ 混ぜます。
2.BP小2/3と薄力粉160gを 加えてさっくり混ぜ合わせ、
3.ピンポン球ぐらいの大きさに丸め
4.160℃の油で ゆっくり揚げます。(割れ目が出来たら成功です♪)
Sata-Andagi (10 to 15 balls)
1. Mix 1 egg, 80g raw sugar (or soft brown sugar) and 1tsp vegetable oil.
2. Add 2/3tsp BP and 160g cake flour. Fold the dough and use a rubber spatula
in a cutting motion.
3. Roll into some ping pong balls.
4. Deep fry slowly in oil at 160℃ (if there is a crack, you succeeded).
簡単ビスケット Quick Biscuits

1.砂糖90g、卵2個、サラダ油80ml、ふるいにかけた薄力粉250g+BP10g、
バニラエッセンス を順に混ぜます。
2.棒状にして 3cm巾に切り、
3.180℃のオーブンで 15分焼きます。
4.冷めてから 粉砂糖を振りかけます。
1.Mix 90g sugar, 2 beaten eggs, 80ml vegetable oil, shifted 250g plain flour + 10g BP
and vanilla essence in order.
2. Make the dough into sticks. and then cut into 3cm width.
3. Bake at 180℃ for 15 mins.
4. Let it cool down and sprinkle powdered sugar.
