タルト生地/tart pasty

カスタードクリーム/custard cream

カスタードクリームの上に　甘く煮たりんごと　砂糖に漬けたスイートチェリーをのせています。

I put some apples boiled with sugar and sweet cherries soaked in sugar on the custard cream.

＊＊万願寺唐辛子のソテー　　　　　　Stir-fried Manganji-temple green pepper
