昼と夜が同じ長さになる日。
立春は一年の邪気をはらった節分の翌日で、旧暦の正月にあたるおめでたい日でもあります。
赤い色はめでたさを表すとともに厄払いになるとされています。
炊飯器でお赤飯を作りました。
