今年は ベランダ栽培のニガウリが２個だけできました。
その２個のニガウリは いままでになく 立派なものです♪
夫、「こんなん できた！」と大喜びです♪
そのニガウリを使っての 「ニガウリと豚肉の味噌炒め」です。
強風で受粉が ２個だけしかできなかったらしく、その２個だけが 栄養を吸収し育ったようです。
My husband is growing bitter melon on our balcony.
He harvested only two. But they are better than ever.
He is very pleased.
He cooked the dish "stir-fried bitter melon and pork with miso" with the bitter melons.
It seems that because of the strong wind, bitter melons couldn't be pollenated.
and only two could pollenate and absorb nutrition
