練乳を作ってみました♪

I made condensed milk♪




牛乳４００ｃｃに砂糖１００ｇを入れ　弱火で　半量になり　とろみが付くまで煮ます。



Simmer 400cc milk and 100g sugar on low heat until boils down to half and begins to thicken.

＊＊大根のお味噌汁　　Miso soup with daikon

＊＊壬生菜とちくわの炒め物　
　　　　Stir-fried Mibuna(a kind of potherb mustard) and tube-shaped fish paste cake

＊＊水菜と薄揚げの煮物
　　　　Boiled potherb mustard and thin deep-fried tofu

＊＊大根とカニかまの酢の物　
　　　　Daikon and imitation crab meat with sweetened vinegar

＊＊キャベツと牛肉のオイスター炒め
　　　　Stir-fried cabbage and beef with oyster sauce

＊＊色々野菜のサラダ 　Various vegetables salad
