＊＊ヒイカのマリネ Marinated squid
１．ヒイカは 熱湯に酒と塩を入れて 茹で 水切りします。
骨を抜きます。
２．ヒイカを 皮をむいたトマト、米油、甘酢、塩、胡椒、ガーリックパウダーに漬けます。
３．器に盛り バジルパウダーを振ります。
＊＊豆苗とたまごの炒め物 Fried pea sprouts and eggs
（２，３人分）
１．たまご3個にマヨネーズ大１を混ぜ 油を引いたフライパンで 半熟に炒めます。
取り出します
２．そのフライパンで豆苗１袋を炒め、砂糖大１/２，醤油大１，オイスターソース大１と
１．のたまごを入れて 炒め合わせます。
＊＊おからサラダ Tofu refuse salad
１．乾燥おから２０ｇ は 熱湯に入れます。
水切りして キッチンペーパーで余分な水分を取ります。
スライスしたきゅうりと玉ねぎは塩もみしてから 水で洗い 絞ります。
２．１．をシーチキン１缶、塩、こしょう、マヨネーズ、鰹節で和えます。
＊＊にがうりのサラダ Bitter melon salad
夫が育てているニガウリは いっこうに大きくならなく ぼちぼち黄ばんできたので
食することにしました。
約５ｃｍぐらいです。
たぶん最初で最後。

１．千切りにして 塩もみし、 マヨネーズとポン酢で和えました。
＊＊茄子の辛子漬け Egg plants pickled in mustard
自家製です♪
** Marinated squid
1. Boil squid in hot water with rice wine and salt. Drain.
Remove the bones.
2. Soak 1. with peeled tomatoes in rice bran oil, sweetened vinegar salt, pepper and garlic powder.
3. Put in individual dishes and sprinkle basil powder.
** Fried pea sprouts and eggs
1. Mix 3 eggs and 1tbsp mayonnaise. Oil a frying pan and stir fry eggs that are still soft.
Remove from the pan.
2. Fry 1 bag of pea sprouts in the frying pan. Then add the egg, 1/2tbsp sugar, 1tbsp soy sauce
and 1tbsp oyster sauce. Stir fry them together.
** Tofu refuse salad
1. Put 20g dried tofu refuse and then drain. Absorb the moisture with paper towel.
Cut cucumber and onion into thin slices. Salt them and when they are tender,wring them dry.
2. Mix 1. and a canned tuna. Season with salt, pepper mayonnaise and dried bonito shavings.
** Bitter melon salad
My husband is growing bitter melons. They bear one bitter melon
We are waiting it becomes bigger but it grew ripe. So he decided to pick it up..
It is about 5cm.
Maybe it will be first and last.
We had it with appreciation.
1. Cut bitter melon into thin strips and salt it and wash with water.
Mix with mayonnaise and ponzu.
