＊＊ソーメンで冷麺 Korean cold noodles with somen (fine noodles)
（２人分）
１．ソーメンを茹で 冷水で洗い 器に盛り きゅうり1/2本の千切り、錦糸卵（卵１個）、
鶏ハム１/２個、カニカマ４本を載せます。
２．薄口醤油大２、砂糖大１弱、酢大２、スープ１００ｃｃ、ごま油小１、練り辛子小１
を混ぜて かけ汁を作り １．にかけます。
＊＊春巻き Spring roll
残っていた春巻きの皮が 固くなり 水で 濡らしながら作っていたら 破れてしまいました。
味は良いけど 見栄えが~~。
（７本ぐらい）
１．フライパンに油を引き 鶏ハム１/２枚、もやし１袋、ガーリックパウダーを
炒め、ニラ１/２袋、スープの素、酒小１、醤油小２、砂糖小１を入れて 炒め 取り出して
冷まします。
２．春巻きの皮に１．を包み 巻き終わりに 水で溶いた小麦粉を塗り
油で揚げます。
＊＊イワシの骨せんべい Deep fried fish bones
１．イワシの骨を薄い塩水であらい 水気をふき取り 小麦粉をまぶし
油でカリッと揚げます。
塩を振ります。
＊＊ホタルイカのからし酢味噌和え Firefly squid with mustared vinegared miso
１．白みそ、砂糖、米酢、練り辛子を混ぜて 辛子酢味噌をつくり 茹でたホタルイカに
かけます。
** Korean cold noodles with somen (for 2 people)
1. Boil somen. Wash with cold water. Place in individual dishes.
Put thin stripped 1/2 cucumbers, thin omelette(1 egg) cut into strips, 1/2 chiken breast ham
and 4 imitation crab sticks on noodles.
2. Mix 2tbsp thin soy sauce, 1tbsp or less sugar, 2tbsp vinegar, 100cc soup, 1tsp
sesame oil and 1tsp mustard paste to make sauce.
And pour the souce over 1.
** Spring roll (for about 7 pieces)
1. Oil a frying pan and stir fry 1 bag of bean sprouts, 1/2 chicken breast ham and
garlic powder.
Then add 1/2 bag of Chinese chive, soup paste, 1tsp rice wine, 2tsp soy sauce and 1tsp sugar.
Stir fry them. Remove from the frying pan. Let it cool down.
2. Wrap up 1/8 of 1. in a spring roll skin. Attach the end with flour with water.
Deep fry.
** Deep fried fish bones
1. Wash sardine bones in water with a little salt. Wipe off the moisture.
Cover with flour and deep fry.
Sprinkle a little salt.
** Firefly squid with mustared vinegared miso
1. Mix light-brown miso (white miso), sugar, rice vinegar and mustard paste to make
mustared vinegared miso and pour over boiled firefly squid.
