２個目にして 今年最後のなすび。
夫が育てた 過保護の小さいなすびですが 柔らかくて おいしかったです。
＊＊なすの味噌田楽 Baked egg plant with sweet miso paste
１．なすびは半分に切り 油を引いたフライパンで ふたをして蒸し焼きします。
２．白味噌、さとう、みりんをまぜ レンジに かけ 茄子の上に塗り あおさを振ります。
＊＊トマトの玉ねぎドレッシングかけ Tomato with onion dressing
１．玉ねぎ中サイズ１個を薄くスライスし
酢７５ｃｃ、米油７５ｃｃ、しょうゆ５０ｃｃ、みりん５０ｃｃ、酒５０ｃｃ、
さとう大３、塩小１.５と混ぜて 一晩寝かせ なじませます。
２．スライスしたトマトに かけます。
バジルの千切りをのせます。
＊＊ぶりと大根の煮物 Simmered yellowtail with Japanese radish
１．ぶりのかまと腹身、大根、ショウガのせんぎりを鍋に入れひたひたの水を入れ絵
火にかけ 沸騰したら あくを取り みりん大３を入れて 落としぶたをして
約１０分煮ます。
２．次に砂糖大３と醤油１/３カップを入れ 落としぶたをして 煮汁が半分ぐらいに
なるまで 煮ます。
＊＊ツルムラサキの和え物 Indian spinach salad
１．ゆでたツルムラサキをめんつゆであえ すりごまを天盛りします。

Although It has been overprotected and it is tiny egg plant, it was tender and good.
** Baked egg plant with sweet miso paste
1. Cut egg plant into half lengthwise. Oil a frying pan and bake them on both sides with a lid on.
2. Mix light-brown miso, sugar and mirin and microwave to cook.
Spread on egg plants and sprinkle green laver on top.
** Tomato with onion dressing
1 Cut 1 m-sized onion into thin slices.
Mix onions with 75cc rice vinegar, 75cc rice bran oil,, 50cc soy sauce, 50cc mirin,
50cc rice wine, 3tbsp sugar and 1.5tsp salt.
Let it sit overnight.
2. Pour over sliced tomatoes.
Sprinkle thin stripped basil on top.
** Simmered yellowtail with Japanese radish
1. Put yellowtail collars and portion of belly, Japanese radishes, thin stripped ginger in a pot
and pour just enough water to cover. Bring it to boil then skim the scum from the broth.
Then add 3tbsp mirin and put a small lid directly on the food.
Simmer for 10 mins.
2. Add 3tbsp sugar and 1/2 cup soy sauce. Put a small lid directly on the food
Simmer until the broth becomes half.
** Indian spinach salad
1. Mix boiled Indian spinach with seasoning soy sauce and then put grated sesame on top.
