たまたま スマホの動画で見ました。簡単で美味しそうだったので 作りました。
ふわふわで美味しいです。
I happened to watch the video on YouTube on my smart phone.
It looks simple and delicious. And I made it.
It was soft on inside and delicious♪
豆腐ドーナツ
１．絹ごし豆腐 １５０ｇ、卵1個、ヨーグルト５０ｇ、砂糖大１，ホットケーキミックス１５０ｇ
の順に 混ぜます。
２．スプーンですくって 油で揚げ、砂糖をまぶします。
Tofu Donuts
1.Mix 150g soft tofu, 1 egg, 50g yogurt, 1tbsp sugar and 150g pancake mix in order.
2. Scoop the dough with a spoon and deep fry.
Cover them with sugar.
