先日のお買い物で お魚やそのほか一杯買ったけど、
紙のコーヒーフィルターを買い忘れていたので 商店街に行きました。
お魚屋さんで きずし（しめさば）もできる新鮮な鯖が1匹２００円で売られていました。
これは買わなくっちゃ。。。
夫は 3枚におろし（ガタガタだけど） 半身をきずしにして
残りの半身は 冷凍保存しました。
すごいね。
I bought many kinds of fish and other things when I went shopping the other day.
But I forgot to buy paper coffee filters
and i went to a shopping arcade.
There was fresh mackerel being sold at ￥200 per fish in a fish store.
It is a great deal. I have to buy one....
My husband filleted the fish into three pieces.
and marinated half of it and frozen the other half and bones.
Amazing!
