以前友達におしえてもらった しらす丼。
食べたくなったので 夫に伝えたら
十六穀米入りのごはんで作ってくれました。。。これは 白米じゃなくっちゃ♪
I had my friend tell me about whitebait bowl.
I wanted to eat it. So I told my husband about it.
He made it
But he used rice with mixture of 16 different kinds of cereals
I think it should be with rice♪

＊＊レタス、水菜、バジルのサラダ Lettuce, potherb mustard and basil salad
＊＊春菊とリンゴのサラダ Edible chrysanthemum and apple salad
＊＊しらす丼 Whitebait bowl
＊＊万願寺唐辛子とウインナーのソテー Stir-fried Manganji-temple green pepper and wienerwurst
＊＊大根おろし入り納豆 Natto with grated white radish
どれも美味しかったです。ごちそうさまでした。
