豚肉は ニンニクでソテーし、エリンギ、えのき、しいたけなどのキノコが入っていて
野菜からの甘みがスープに溶け込んでいて とても美味しかった♪
Thin stripped white radish and carrot are the noodles.
The pork was stir-fried with garlic and 3 kinds of mushrooms were in the soup.
