さばを３枚におろしてもらって 買ってきました。
色々の食材の下ごしらの音が聞こえていましたが 音がしなくなり。。。
心配になり 台所に行った。。。
夫は いすに座って 丁寧に 骨を抜いてました（笑）。
I bought a whole fish (mackerel) and asked to clean it at the fish shop.
I heard the sounds of food prepared in the kitchen and it suddenly became quiet.
I was worried about my husband and went to the kitchen,
then I found that my husband was sitting on a stool and pulling out bones from the fish carefully.(lol)

＊＊ごぼうと牛肉のきんぴら Kinpira-style burdock and beef
＊＊カブの煮物 Simmered turnip
＊＊色々野菜のマヨ和え Various vegetables dressed with mayonnaise
＊＊赤だし Dark-brown miso soup
＊＊十六穀米入りご飯 Rice with 16 different kinds of cereal
食後は
作り置きのタルト生地に 作り置きのカスタードクリームをのせ
生クリームを泡立てて カスタードタルト。
We had a custard tart after the lunch
which I made.
the tart and the custard cream were meal prep
I whipped heavy cream and put them in the tart pastry.
どれも美味しかったです。ごちそうさまでした。
