【リアルな夕食】★玉子焼き

リアルな夕食に「玉子焼き」です。材料は、「たまご」です。たまごを割って、砂糖を加えて白身と黄身を切るようによく混ぜます。プリンを作る時と同じ様に裏ごしすると、滑らかになります。
今回はというか毎回、手間をかけるのは面倒くさいのでこのまま焼いていきます。「たまご」が２個なので４回に分けて焼きます。はじめに言うと最後の４回目をミスしなければ大丈夫です。もし。ミスってもラップで巻くので大丈夫です。
１回目は「芯」になるのでボロボロになっても「気にしない」です。
２回目も穴があいても「気にしない」。
３回目もミスっても「気にしない」。
そのまま焼きたてのフワフワで食べるなら４回目は少し気にして焼きましょう。
もし、ミスっても「ラップ」で巻いて成形するので「気にしない」で大丈夫です。ラップで巻いたら冷蔵庫で冷やしてから食べても美味しいです。毎回、弁当に入れています。

ということは、昔から家で「玉子焼き」って呼んでいたものは「厚焼き玉子」だったらしいです。料理の呼び名って地域や時代でかわっていくみたいです。
