今日、こちらの方にくるので 受け取ってから 友達のところに行き一緒に食べるそうです。

My right hand is swollen from holding an electric hand mixer for two cakes.
One for my sister.
She will come to Osaka to get it and then go to see her friends.
Another one is for us.
