映画「マダム・イン・ニューヨーク」で知りました。
ネット検索して　作ってみました。

Laddu　(Indian sweets)

I found out about Laddu when I watched "Madam in New York" on DVD.

I looked up on the internet and made it.

Tシャツだけで　過ごせます。　腰から下は冷やさないよう　冬の装いですが。。。

It's warm enough to wear a T-shirt now
But I wear winter clothes not to let lower half of my body get cold.

お買い物に行くとき　よく通り抜けている　小さい、小さい公園（？）子供の遊び場所（？）に
藤棚があることに始めて気づきました(笑）

きれいに　藤の花が咲いていて　近づいていくと　藤の良い香りがしていました。
なんだか　すてきです。



There is a small playground where I often pass through when I go shopping.
I didn't know there is a wisteria trellis.

Wisteria flowers are blooming beautifully and it smells nice.
It's great.

ひと月ほどまえは　鍋物は　体が温かくなる料理でしたが、
今は　汗だになります。

豆乳（大豆）尽しです♪

A hot pot dish made us warm one month ago.
but it makes us sweaty now.

Niji-Hajimete-Arawaru

Around April 14 to April 18

Late Spring

First rainbows.

＊＊ミートソーススパゲティ　Spaghetti with meat sauce

＊＊きゅうり、わかめ、カニかまの甘酢和え
　　　　　　Cucumber, wakame and imitation crab meat with sweetened vinegar

＊＊タケノコの木の芽和え　　Bamboo shoots with pepper-bud dressing

＊＊ピーマンとベーコンの炒め物
　　　　　　Stir-fried green peppers and bacon

＊＊チキン入り色々野菜のサラダ
　　　　　　Salad with various vegetables and chicken

サツマイモの茶巾絞り（きんとん）　と　桜湯（茶）




２種のきんとん。(計８個）

１．正味２００ｇのさつまいもは　適当な大きさに切り　ラップをして　レンチン５〜６分し、
　　マッシュしてから　裏ごしし　２等分します。
２．牛乳５０ｃｃ、砂糖２０ｇを　２等分します。
３．プレーン：　弱火で　さつまいもと２．を混ぜます。
　　抹茶入り：　さつまいもと２．に抹茶小１/２をくわえて　弱火で　混ぜます。
４．各4等分して　ラップで茶巾にします。


桜湯（茶）
桜の花の塩漬けを軽く洗って（または　塩を振り落とし)　熱湯を注ぎます。


Mashed sweet potatoes
　
1. Chop 200g net weight sweet potatoes then microwave for 5 to 6 mins.
Then mash and pureed. Divide it into two (one for plain one the the other for maccha one)
2. Mix 50cc milk and 20g sugar then divide it into two.
3. For plain one, Mix sweet potatoes and 2. in a low heat.
For Maccha one, mix sweet potatoes, 2. and 1/2tsp maccha in a low heat.
4. Divide into 4 pieces each item. Then wrap with cloth and squeeze the top.



Sakura-yu(tea)
It is a hot drink with a salt-preserved cherry blossom in it.
