Today, I fought with my senior colleague about responsibility in our task.

I want to insist this is a slight problem and not to be worth discussion but I didn't say anything since my team leader attended the meeting.

He tried to persuade them, but they were too stubborn to think about overall optimization.

We had an request to change the process.
