subjective : based on or influenced by personal feelings, tastes, or opinions
objective : (of a person or their judgement) not influenced by personal feelings or opinions in considering and representing facts.
The valuation by the company is subjective. So, it is not necessary to mind. It is company's fault because the company cannot be objective.
