【リアルな夕食】ーナポリタン

リアルな夕食に「ナポリタン」です。今回の材料は、玉ネギだけです。玉ネギ以外のピーマン、マッシュルーム、ニンニクやベーコンなどの具材は入れません。
玉ネギは繊維に沿って５ミリ幅に切ります。作る順番は、「茹でる」→「切る」→「炒める」です。フライパンで麺を茹でます。並行して具材を切ります。今回は玉ネギだけですが、他の具材を入れる場合は麺の茹で時間があれば全て切れると思います。麺を茹でたフライパンを軽く洗ってから油をひき「玉ネギ」を炒めます。オリーブオイルを使うとイタ飯屋で食べる雰囲気になると思います。「玉ネギ」がほぐれたら「麺」を入れます。具材と「麺」が馴染んだら、塩/胡椒とケチャップで味付けをします。
コンソメやソースを入れれば風味が増して美味しくなります。全体が馴染んだら出来上がりです。いたってシンプルなナポリタンですが、食べ盛りの息子には経済的に優しいメニューです。

When the “onion” is loosened, add “noodles”. Once the ingredients and the noodles are familiar, season with salt / pepper and ketchup.
Adding consomme and sauce will increase the flavor and make it delicious. When the whole is familiar, it is ready. It's a simple Napolitan, but it's an economically friendly menu for a savory son.
