既に高校や中学では英語の指導方法は変更されているのでしょうか。日本は少子化で若い人口が少なくなります。混乱を招き若い人たちの人生を振り回すことはあってはなりません。 また、リンクでは民間試験の比較だけで何を評価したいのか見えてきません。不透明な部分が多く混乱が予想されます。

It's a hard and endless battle.


I'm talking about Hikakin, the famous YouTuber in Japan.
Yesterday, I watched a TV program which is about the othe side of YouTuber.
Even though he is well known as the top YouTuber in Japan, I found he is struggling with making a movie clip.
As I wrote before, I can imagine that it is not a easy task to finalize one movie.

Still, I was very curious to see how he create a movie. In fact, it was really impressive to see what he thinks and how he tries to finish one movie. He spent 6 hours to complete a movie only for 7 minuets!!
What we can see via his YouTube channel is only a part of him. He is paddling under the water where we can't see.
Not only the procedure, but also his attitude to making movies is really impressive.
"He want everyone to be happy"
He doesn't want to insult others or something. When he does something new he checks if it is good for everybody.
It's a simple policy, but in fact it's not easy to do so.

It is often said that he is YouTuber. However, I can say his job is himself.
I mean his personality is his job. Actually, YouTube is just the tool to express his world.
We can also say he is a kind of artist.
Recently, I often hear that one of the most popular jobs among young people, including kids, is YouTuber.
However, they should know the order of thoughts is reversed. The question is “what do you want to do via YouTube?”
I can imagine that there must be more technical issues to be a real YouTuber like him.
Even so, people who really want to be a YouTuber, they shouldn't miss this essential aspect.

To be truthful, I'm not a big fan of him. I haven't seen so much his clips, just some of them.
However, it was really interesting that I was able to see the real of top YouTuber.

Again, it was a really interesting TV program.


At last, let me tell you one thing. Hello, Hikakin. my son and my wife cooled the big Takoyaki better than you.

まさに険しく、そして終わりなき闘い


言わずと知れたユーチューバー、ヒカキンさんのことである。
昨日、テレビ番組でユーチューバーの裏側を映し出していた。
日本でトップユーチューバーのヒカキンさんでさえ、1本のビデオを作り上げるのにもがき苦しんでいる姿を見た。
前にブログで書いたようにそれ自体が大変な事とは想像していた。

それでも、どうやって動画が作られているのか見れたことはとても興味深かった。実際に1本の動画を完成させるために何を考え試行錯誤しているか、その様子には唸らされた。7分の動画のために6時間をも費やしていたのである。
彼のYouTubeチャンネルで見れるのはほんの一部。我々の見えないところで、計り知れない苦労をしているのである。
動画作成にあたりその作成工程だけではなく、彼の考え方にも感銘を受けた。
「皆んなに幸せになってほしい」
彼は誰かを傷つけたり、何かを罵ることはしない。新しい事をするときには、誰かを傷つけないか調べてさえいる。
とてもシンプルな事だけど、実践するのは容易いことではない。

よく彼はユーチューバーと言われるけど、
彼自身が仕事そのものではないだろうか。
つまり、彼の個性そのものが仕事ということであり、YouTubeはその世界を映し出す道具に過ぎないのだ。
ある種のアーティストとも言える。
最近、子供を含め、若い人たちの人気の職業として
ユーチューバーが挙げられると聞く。

だが、これは順序が逆だろう。
「YouTubeでキミは何がしたいの？」が先だ。

彼のような動画を作るには技術的にクリアしなければ
ならないことも分かる。
ただ、本当にユーチューバーになりたいと考えるのなら、
この本質的な部分を見失ってはいけないだろう。

実のところ、私は彼の動画をそんなに見ていない。いくつかの動画程度だ。
しかし、トップユーチューバーのリアルを見れたという点で、とても興味深い番組だった。

When you learn English you may think it is superior to Japanese.
As a communication tool, most of us are able to agree with that.
This is because, obviously, many people in a lot of countries use English.
On the other hand, Japanese is used mainly in Japan.
It may sound as if Japanese is not convenient.

In fact, the more you learn English, the more you will realize
the positive aspects of Japanese. Let me tell you one of them in this article.
Which is about a space of written words.
In other words, how much information you can pack to the same space.
Here are some example.
Even if you are not able to Japanese, you can see the difference of the lengths.

What I want you to know here is Japanese can show more information than English in the same space.
You will see how Japanese is convenient and useful, if you translate something from Japanese to English.
I often have this feeling when I transrate a Japanese manual to English.

You can't believe this? Then why don't you transrate your tweet?
Then you will see what I'm mentioning here.

Let's say 100 years later, Japanese language might be used as a code?

Here is a comment of Steve Jobs.

Apple Steve Jobs: "If you wanna hire great people and have them stay working for you,
you have to let them make a lot of decisions and you have to be run by ideas, not hierarchy.
The best ideas have to win, otherwise, good people don't stay."

It tells us that good people will leave a rigid organization sooner or later.
On the other hand, if they are busy for their job. They will stay.
However, in this case, the meaning of "their job" is the key.
It has to be something exciting, like building new roads to somewhere we've never been.
Creative people has their own antennas which don't work at a hierarchy.
So, I wonder if they may need a strong signal to work actively?!

I'm not doing this kind of creative job and do not belong to a high class of society.
Still, I can understand this feeling. I had a simiar feeling before.
Imagine that there is no chance to do something new or improve your business strategies without permission of your boss.
It's like a cage... If you repeat the same routine every day, you must feel drained little by little...

We need more or less excitment on our job.
Another key is a relationship with your colleagues and your boss.
However, this is a totally different topic.
