Battles with ONLY Fire type Pokémon Part 2!
I had aimed for Trick Room by Chandelure, and Marowak devastated opponents!

There are two Fire Pokémon who change the weather. (Torkoal and Ninetales)
Torkoal can use Stealth Rock. It is an important move to Trick Room, because it lasts only limited turns. (If the opponent Pokémon has Focus Sash, we waste a precious turn)
On the other hand, Ninetales has a powerful Sp.attack thanks to Choice Specs.

In Casual Battles, I won more than 60 %.



〈Torkoal〉
Ability: Drought
Item: Heat Rock
Nature: Relaxed
Moves: Lava Plume, Yawn, Stealth Rock, Self-Destruct

It changes the weather by Ability Drought! It is important to the team (All Fire type) because harsh sunlight weakens Water type attacks.

This team’s aim is Trick Room of Chandelure and rampage of Marowak. This tactic has a severe turns limit. So Torkoal’s move Stealth Rock is a nice support to Marowak. If an opponent has Focus Sash, Marowak wastes one turn. Trick Room and Dynamax last only limited turns. Saving this one turn is very important!


〈Marowak (Alolan form)〉
Ability: Cursed Body
Item: Thick Club
Nature: Brave
Moves: Flare Blitz, Shadow Bone, Brick Break, Stone Edge
(lowest speed)

Crazy Destructive Force!!
By holding Thick Club, Its Attack stat is doubled! Under Trick Room, it can move ahead of almost all opponents. Many opponents are feinted in one brow of Marowak’s Max move!
I had a good feeling when Marowak OHKOs all three opponents!

(This Marowak’s Ability is Cursed Body. But Marowak has a better Ability Lightning Rod. There is no Pokémon who weaks to Electric in this team, so I choiced Cursed Body.)


〈Incineroar〉
Ability: Intimidate
Item: Weakness Policy
Nature: Adamant
Moves: Flare Blitz, Darkest Lariat, Cross Chop, Thunder Punch

Second Trick Room Attacker.
If there is Gyarados in the opponent team, I will send out Incineroar. It lowers the opponent’s Attack by Ability Intimidate, and it doubles its Attack by being attacked by Water(or other weak type) move.


〈Chandelure〉
Ability: Flame Body
Item: Focus Sash
Nature: Timid
Moves: Shadow Ball, Overheat, Memento, Trick Room

It uses Trick Room!
After using Trick Room, it leaves the rest to Marowak using Memento. (This move lowers opponent’s Attack and Sp.Attack by 2 ranks)


〈Cinderace〉
Ability: Blaze
Item: Life Orb
Nature: Jolly
Moves: Pyro Ball, High Jump Kick, Bounce, U-turn

This Cinderace’s Ability is Blaze. Libero is much stronger than Blaze, but Libero changes Cinderace’s type even though it is an ONLY Fire team! (But I used Libero Cinderace before...)

This Cinderace had been sent out not so many times because it has only Fire type. It is better to have another type when we battle with only Fire Pokémon.


〈Ninetales〉
Ability: Drought
Item: Choice Specs
Nature: Timid
Moves: Flamethrower, Dark Pulse, Solar Beam, Scorching sands

While I have used Ninetales, I wanted Nintails Sp.Attack power. For example, It can’t defeat Water Urshifu in one brow(Solar Beam).
Holding Choice Specs, this Ninetales become stronger to Water Pokémon!

It can Change the weather to sunny by Ability Drought as Torkoal.


When I used Trick Room, I enjoyed very thrilling battles!(Because it lasts only limited turns. I had been in a hurry until the end of Trick Room)

I started to like Marowak because of its super Attack power! It’s a very interesting Pokémon. After these battles, I want to use Marowak in a normal party. (Not only Fire Pokémon)

I miss Libero Cinderace… It can change its type. Maybe, it’s one of the strongest Ability in type unified teams like this. If Libero Cinderace was in this team, the battles were much easier.
