I have purchases that are being shipped to the old address, will there be a problem?
From August 2015, we shall be unable to retrieve packages shipped to our old addresses, and are not responsible for any packages shipped to our old address. You must use your new address (as above) going forward.

Will the new address still allow me to make purchases without paying U.S. sales tax?
Yes, purchases you ship to your U.S. address with us shall still be exempt from U.S. sales tax.

Can I consolidate packages shipped to the new address with my current packages received at the old address?
Yes you can, all your packages at the new and old addresses will be indicated in your account.

Where can I find my new address?
You new U.S address is available on the top left of the page, after you login to your account.

The store is not accepting my new address. What should I do?
We’ve verified that most major online stores will accept your new U.S. address. However, some others may not have updated their database, and hence may not recognize your new address. For these stores, please use our BuyForMe service to shop.
