Ｉさんと久しぶりに会い、ホテルでお茶しました。
良くおしゃべりしました♪　楽しかった♪


お茶だけなのに　１,９００円　でした（びっくり！）。
１杯目のお茶はスタッフの方が　入れてくださいましたが。

I talked over tea with my friend at a hotel.
It was a pleasure talking with my friend for hours on end.

We ordered tea but that's a bit pricey. it was Y1900. (I was surprised!)
The staff poured the tea, though.

先日の　抹茶クッキーの応用です。
抹茶を使い切っているので　抹茶無しで　つくりました。
クルミが入っているので　美味しいです。

右端のパウダーシュガーがかかってないのは　タルト生地を作った残りを
丸めて　タルト生地の横で　焼きました。８個ほど。

I baked cookies. These cookies are so delicious that they have walnuts in them.







クルミ入りクッキー

１．バター１００ｇ、粉砂糖２５ｇ、塩ひとつまみ、薄力粉１２０ｇを
　　混ぜ合わせ　刻んだクルミ５０ｇを加えて　混ぜます。
２．ラップに包んで　1時間ほど休ませてから
３．小さいボールに丸めて　
４．１６０℃で約１３分〜１５分　焼きます。
５．冷めてから　粉糖をクッキーにまぶします。


Cookies have walnuts in them

1. Mix 100g butter and 25g powdered sugar, a pinch of salt and 120g plain flour
well and then add 50g chopped walnuts. Mix them well.
2. Wrap 1. in a plastic film and let it sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
3. Make it into some small balls.
4. Bake at 160℃ for about 13mins to 15 mins.
5. Let them cool down and cover with powdered sugar.

＊＊玉ねぎの塩昆布和え　　　　　Onion dressed with salt kelp



どれも美味しかったです。ごちそうさまでした。
