Hollo! I’m Japanese Pokemon trainer Reimu. I’m sorry if my English is wrong (or strange).

This time, I have been battled in Ranked Battle by ONLY Ghost type Pokemon! (Of course Master Ball Tier )

This party’s result is… 5 wins and 3 loses! (It’s good result to type unified party)
Aegislash, Mimikyu, and Dragapult had played active parts.



Aegislash
Ability: Stance Change
Item:Weakness Policy
Nature: Adamant
Moves: Iron Head, Shadow Sneak, Close Combat, King’s Shield

Ghost Pokemon attracts ghost and dark type moves. So it is easy to activate Weakness Policy!
Weakness Policy and Shadow Sneak make it stronger against Ghost Pokemon.(Ghost Pokemon weak to same Ghost type)


Runerigus
Ability: Wandering Spirit
Item:Rocky Helmet
Nature: Impish
Moves: Body Press, Shadow Claw, Stealth Rock, Memento

It has deadly physical defense! It absorbs Tyranitar’s Crunch, and even defeat Tyranitar by Body Press! (maybe)


Mimikyu
Ability: Disguise
Item:Life Orb
Nature: Jolly
Moves: Play Rough, Shadow Sneak, Curse, Swords Dance

Its Disguise ability is great!
Ghost type weak to Dark Type. But Mimikyu is very strong to Dark and Ghost Pokemon!
It is almost inevitable for my ghost team.


Dragapult
Ability: Clear Body
Item:Choice Band
Nature: Naive
Moves: Dragon Darts, Phantom Force, U-turn, Fire Blast

It has 142 Speed stat. So it can attack fast than almost all Pokemon!(Except for Choice Scarf)
Fire Blast is precious Fire type move for this team. If it were not for Fire type move, this team could not defeat Corviknight.


Cursola
Ability:Perish Body
Item:Assault Vest
Nature:Modest
Moves:Shadow Ball, Power Gem, Giga Drain, Ice Beam

Cursola is difficult Pokemon…
It has strong Sp.Atk and Sp. Def. But its Defence and Speed is too low.
It’s difficult for this party to change Pokemon. So when Cursola meets Physical Attacker, it can do nothing…

This Cursola’s build was not good. There are not many special attackers in recent ranked battle. I thought Cursola could receive special attackers like Rotom, but Rotom has Bolt Switch.
It couldn’t many work.


Froslass
Ability:Cursed Body
Item:Focus Sash
Nature:Timid
Moves:Ice Beam, Icy Wind, Hex, Thunder Wave

My favorite Pokemon!
In USUM, It could steady work. But in generation 8, its support moves such as Icy wind and Thunder Wave is not so valuable.
but it can move twice by Focus Sash and its high Speed and moves that lower opponent Speed.


Mimikyu and Aegislash could better work than usual (not Ghost type only) party. These two are strong to Ghost Pokemon and this party attracts Ghost and Dark type.
I could enjoy battles! Since it is unusual team, the pleasure of victory became bigger.
This generation’s Ghost Pokemon are strong! If I use Ghost unified team next time, I don’t want to rely on Mimikyu and Aegislash. Because this two Pokemon had participated in almost all battle!
