Far backcountry life in Japan

Now we can have 1st wave of Shitake hodagi starting harvest. Too many shitakes to be harvested at once after rain. They are very heavy and very tasty.

Tentaka is one of my favorite sake around my house. I always feel strong attitude towards making sake and passions here.

This is new cloud funded bottle cooler. Good to use around Irori.
