Lucia Cafe Hopping Note

A few days ago, I enjoyed apple pie and coffee at a restaurant ESPERANCE.
The restaurant is inside St. Luke's International Hospital.
There are restaurant and cafe (Starbucks Coffee) and bakery shop inside the hospital.



数日前の事。
築地の聖路加国際病院へ行った際、病院内のレストラン エスペランスでアップルパイとコーヒーのセットをいただきました。


アップルパイ、とっても美味しかった！



とても大きな病院で、レストランやスタバ、パン屋などが入ってます。



開放感あるレストラン。素敵でした。
