今日のお題は、「To be honest」です。このフレーズ、結構よく聞きます。そして使いやすいのは、前に出してもいいし、最後に付け加えるような形でも、どちらでもＯＫです。
ただ一つだけ気を付けたいのは、このフレーズは、否定的、マイナー的な事柄に使われるのが通例です。

ですから、Finally, he made it.の前には、通例使わない方がよいフレーズですね。
