2016 Ranking No.6　Daigo-ji Temple


Daigo-ji Temple is a big temple in Fushimi area.



This five-story pagoda is the oldest wooden building (erected in 951 AD) in Kyoto Prefecture.

By the way, the precinct is very wide.

So, all of the cherry blossoms doesn't become in full bloom all at once.



The image above is a big weeping cherry tree in Sanbo-in.

The cherry tree is in full bloom early in Daigo-ji Temple, and show us the splendid appearance.
