Due to the warmth of the past few days, the expected date of cherry blossom bloom has been greatly accelerated.
The blooming of cherry blossoms is expected around 3/20.
That means...
The best time to see on many cherry blossom spots will be around 3/26 - 4/2.
So this time, I introduce 6 cherry blossom spots that seems to be in full bloom during this period!
First, is Heian-Jingu Shrine in Okazaki area.
The deep pink of drooping cherry trees in Shin-en Garden are excellent.
Next, is Mii-dera Temple in Otsu City, Shiga Prefecture, located next to Kyoto City.
The precincts are covered with majestic air.
Next, I introduce To-ji Temple with a wonderful night view.
The collaboration with Kyoto's highest five-storied pagoda and a big cherry tree 'Fuji-Zakura' is a must-see.
Next is Tenryu-ji Temple, a big temple in Arashiyama.
Tenryu-ji Temple covered in cherry blossoms is a magnificent scenery.
Next is Shosei-en Garden which is the closest cherry blossom spot to Kyoto station.
It is in the city center, but it is covered in very relaxed air.
Lastly, is Daigo-ji Temple which I ranked first place in last year.
You can enjoy a dynamic cherry-blossom viewing.
Next time, I'll report flowering breaking news!
Don't miss it!
