How to get started in Olympic Weightlifting!
1. Just start! I am a HUGE advocate of just starting! On your down time practice movement's with a broom stick if your'e not at a gym. Try to consume as much video content as you can!

3. Find a time to train! Be intentional with your time! Be around the best lifters as often as you can. Mimic what they do and aim to be better than them!
