Biden enacts COVID vaccine mandates for federal workers and employers with 100-plus staffers

Before afternoon pandemic speech, Biden says employers with more than 100 workers will be required to ensure staff is vaccinated against COVID or tested weekly.

He also said vaccines will be mandatory for federal workers and contractors.
